The sizes of tanks covered in this Approval range in diameter from 15-60ft and in height from 12-40ft.
The roofs are designed to withstand a live load (snow load) of 15psf (0.75kNm-2) and the tank shell designed to withstand a wind load of 100mph in a non-seismic zone (FM Approvals Earthquake Zone > 500).
The range of tanks and their capacities can be seen on the chart overleaf. Intermediate capacities are available when a half height top sheet is provided.
