This unique rooftop structure is our 34th pyramid structure. This project is a true signature structure, a symbol, to give strength and identity to a new 16-story office building downtown Orlando. It features a unique open panel design for exciting architectural effect both at daytime and at night.

The structure has a 3-inch by 6-inch tubular framework with sheet metal panels. The frame uses a dome gusset hub system with sheet metal panels clipped onto the strut with tek screws. The 40′ square based pyramid is 28.25 feet high.

This is our second project with Farmer Baker Barrios Architects and our fourth project with the Bovis Team. The client, Lincoln Property, is a major real estate developer throughout the nation.
