The Dadeland Centre is part of a renovation of the Kendall commercial district in dynamic Miami, Florida. Conservatek’s 80′ diameter, 38′-8.8″ high cone is atop the 216′-9″ high parapet. The Omni*Hub spaceframe is painted with a white Kynar finish and lights up to give the building a signature of elegance.

The spaceframe consists of 140 hubs and 500 struts supported on10 anchor points. This project is another Conservatek “Building Signature ” structure that give the overall building an unique visual identity.
