    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Jeff joined CST Industries as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff is an experienced and poised leader who has worked at all levels of several best in class organizations and has extensive experience in engineering and operations. Prior to CST, Jeff worked as President of Generac Consumer Power and also previously served as Group President of the Broan Division at Nortek. Jeff began his career at the Kohler Company, where he rose to Global President for the Faucet Division. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University.

  • Beau Harris
    Chief Financial Officer

    Beau joined CST Industries as Chief Financial Officer in 2025. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche in Seattle, WA, and obtained his CPA License from the State of Idaho. His industry experience includes 15+ years working in both public and private sectors, primarily in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Construction industries. Beau previously worked for Pilot Flying J, Savage Companies, and most recently Huntsman International. He spent the last 10 years working on global businesses, and has led M&A transactions, business divestitures, and transformation programs.  He has held multiple strategic financial and organizational leadership roles, building teams domestically and throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East.  Beau holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, and an MBA, both from Idaho State University.

  • Matt Gregg 
    Chief Commercial Officer – ROW

    Matt joined CST Industries in 2014. Matt has more than 23 years of experience in leading manufacturing and commercial excellence. Before joining CST, he has held various executive management roles with National Steel, Emerson and Rexnord. Matt earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

  • Greg Hentschel 
    Vice President, Global Engineering

    Greg joined CST Industries in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, product development and product management. Prior to CST, Greg worked as an engineer and then head of product management at SPX. From there he transitioned to VP of Engineering at Columbian TecTank, CST Storage and now VP of Global Engineering for CST. Greg earned his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Greg has ten patents in various fields ranging from acoustics to heat transfer.

  • Tom DeDonder 
    Vice President, Construction & Services

    Tom is Vice President of Construction and Services and has held many roles during his tenure with CST Industries. His current responsibilities include oversight of all construction and field service activities, along with a focus on developing the after-market service business. Tom has 20 years of experience in construction, project management, and field operations. Before joining CST, he worked for Koch Industries and Burns & McDonnell. Tom earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.

  • Mike Shell
    Vice President, Global Supply Chain

    Mike joined CST industries as Vice President of Global Supply Chain in 2023. Mike brings with him an impressive career spanning over two decades, characterized by a wealth of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing within family-owned, global, and private equity businesses. His experience is cultivated across diverse markets and businesses operating within the United States, China, Mexico, and Europe. Prior to his association with CST, Mike held leadership roles of Vice President of Operations, General Manager of North America, and Director of Global Supply Chain. Mike graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix on-campus accelerated business program and was selected as the commencement speaker for his graduating class. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification through the Six Sigma Global Institute.

    Vice President, Manufacturing Operations

    Sean started at CST Industries in 2018 as the Plant Manager & Quality Director. Sean has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, leading Manufacturing Excellence while building dynamic teams for any solution.

  • Hal Whitacre
    Chief Commercial Officer – Americas

    Hal joined CST Industries as Vice President of Americas Sales in 2022. He possesses a dynamic leadership style and thrives on cultivating business relationships, implementing business strategies, identifying, and capitalizing on opportunities, and motivating/leading teams. Prior to CST, Hal held various business development and managerial functions until joining Honeywell in 2017 as a District Sales Leader. He has been responsible for leading the sales team driving the successful growth of the Building Technologies and Solutions business. Hal holds a BS in Business Admin/Finance from New Mexico State University.
