The 320-foot diameter, 88,000 square-foot Bell Country Expo dome has a total of 6,300 fixed seats and an arena floor that measures 120 feet by 245 feet. For concerts and other stage events, the building will seat in excess of 9,500 people. The dome roof was erected in less than four months and is supported at a height of 29 feet above the floor level by a steel wall frame.

The exterior is mill finish aluminum and the interior is thermally and acoustically treated with a white vinyl-faced fiberglass insulation system. The triangulated roof structure supports a suspended aluminum catwalk, air conditioning ducts, light fixtures and is designed for a suspended equipment load of 56,000 pounds over the arena floor. The dome was originally built in 1986.
