This is a VIERENDEEL TRUSS – our first ever. It was built for the new corporate headquarters of Pacific Telephone and Telegraph. The arch, spanning 144′ will be the world’s largest tressel. Covered in ivy, it is situated between two large buildings which form two large geometric “L” shaped multi-story office buildings. The structure contains 1048, 8′ X 8′ aluminum struts and 488 hubs with a Kynar finish.
